"When interviewing at CVS Caremark, you should be yourself. Keep your answers directed to how you will be able to help the company when you are hired."

What don't you like about working at CVS?

"I don't enjoy the lack of training and tools to perform the job. The deadlines at CVS Caremark were not always reasonable as well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should provide better training and tools to the employees. Also they need to set deadlines that are reasonable and provided by the poeple who would be performing the work."
