"We do not have time to do anything worthwhile. We serve patrons. I feel like a drone sometimes. I wish I were not behind a desk, but actually doing something. I want to be involved in other areas of the library."

"Make a few full-time positions and change all student librarian job descriptions. We don't do anything."
