Submit a Review"These people a very unprofessional and not trustworthy at all. I accepted a job offer at JPMorgan Chase through them. They made me wait weeks after providing all the requested documents, motivating that my background hasn’t been cleared yet. After a month they called me to inform that JPMorgan Chase has fulfilled the number of candidates in Elgin and they don’t need more people. I refused other job offers, complete waste of time. I do not recommend to anyone this company, stay away from them!"

"What I love about being a collection specialist is the process from skip tracing, to finding and to closing out an account was a thrill. The high pace call center environment is much like sales, finding that person, getting them on the phone, giving them the ultimate talk off and to closing the deal. What I don't like about collections is the politics, I just want to go in and get my job done and make money without anybody's personal problems or issues."

"Department managers control everything and give the people who report to them no authority."

"I, like anyone else dislike calling and bugging people to pay a debt they know they owe."

"Higher up management was the issue with that company. They have a lot to work on."

"Be yourself and give them as much from your past work experiences you have that you bring to the team."

"I only meet great people and always felt welcomed everyday."

"I didn't work directly with Management.. The few time I did additional work I was honor to be giving the new tasks."

"The 'people' culture is fantastic. I work with such wonderful people. Though the resources are slim and stress is high, we are at least all in it together."

"There are only two areas in the company where progression and advancement is possible. Unless you want to be stuck in the same dead-end job for your tenure, only apply to those two areas. Actually, just go somewhere else, really."

"Management does not address hurdles, inefficiencies, and the biggest problems that interfere with productive and happy output. They would rather gather more data than make working less grueling and mind-numbing."

"I would nurture talent and actively seek gifted employees.lay I would try to understand the factors that play into the results of their output and ensure that they have access to the tools necessary to make things right."

"Working in this company was amazing we had fun everyday. Management kept us on our toes. It was fun going to work it was never dual."

"You need to make sure that the company expect you to the your best for the company and our customers. And I totally agree with that."

"No company is Perfect, but we also had disagreements that was also solve, very promptly."

"Our management we all got alone and will help each other in any way they need to."
