Submit a Review"So thankful I moved to this department from AR. The workload might be overwhelming at times, but it's not near as stressful as it was being an AR rep. I don't dread coming to work anymore. Being in AR when I first started has definitely helped me in this department."

"Data entry 8 hours a day STRAIGHT. You get two 15 minute breaks, 30 MINUTE UNPAID LUNCH. You also make phone calls to insurance companies to follow up on claims - not too terrible if you get a helpful rep. When you start, you do a lot of the follow up calls, so if you don't like to talk on the phone, NOT FOR YOU. You still have to make the allotted amount of calls per day despite crazy wait times to talk to a rep. It's an OK job, I haven't met a person yet who brags about it."

"If you're ok with treating people unequally then you'll do fine."
What don't you like about working at Farm Bureau Financial Services?
"Dishonesty is normal business practice. Binding coverage without inspections to determine the condition, agents signing up for life policies to qualify for trips only to drop the policy once the premium is due."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There is nothing I could suggest since being dishonest is normal business practice."

"Short commute. really helpful team members if anything is needed."

"Be yourself. come prepared. feel free to answer questions with questions."
What don't you like about working at QBE Insurance Group?
"my manager is always real busy with meetings so she is available sparingly"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"have more individuals available at all times that are able to work in all of the different claim systems. if that was available, there would be less questions that need answering later."
