"Great benefits and coworkers"
"Easy to get lost in the crowd. A good place to start out."
"Citi is a great place to go and educate yourself about the banking business because that business is actually very similar to many. The only problem is career progression but I trust that they will start putting things in place for individuals to grow."
"City is great environment to work, but not good for improving your abilities"
"It’s a great place. I have learned a lot and also met a lot of great people. People who work there are so friendly and helpful."
"I choose not to write a review."
"Citi has a great company culture!"
"citi is a global financial powerhouse that needs little introduction. their investment banking division is a fantastic place to learn, grow, and/or have a full career."
"Top platform, quality pipeline for the business"
"There are benefits to working at a large bank, with many different resources available and an overall large balance sheet. I built wonderful relationships with colleagues and found it to be a team-oriented culture. There were internal headaches (systems not talking to each other, risk department not in sync with trading, etc) that I'm sure to occur at other companies as well. Ultimately there is a lot of politics at play."
"I've worked for Citi for about two years. it has a nice work environment and good work and life balance"
"Great Company and Great Benefits"
"I worked for Citi since 2013 as a contractor back to back in different areas of the business."
"Good for people who like drama. High turnover. They just don't keep the good employees/temps."
"Well. Working at citi is good. But actually I don't have fulltime employee benefit."
