"It was an internship, so not too much I could really ask for. In the end I had no complaints."

"Focus of sales orientation. CitI is known for its sales-driven atmosphere and team focus."

"Retail sales. I am not opposed to sales if on an institutional level. I also feel that my credentials warrant something more."

"I feel they should somehow become more in touch with the people they manage and try to gain a better understanding of our needs."

"You will be the master of your own career. After you land a job there: get as much experience as you can, keep your resume current, and develop your network (or, if you already have one, maintain it)."

"Lack of confidence and trust in Senior Management and their ability to manage risk, communicate and problem solve."

"Know your risk, streamline some of your businesses and don't kill the golden goose (retail branch system)."
