What do you like about working at Citibank?

"I liked the hours I worked, I enjoy doing operations-based work and that's what this job was all day. The salary and bonus were excellent too, as well as the work/life balance."

What don't you like about working at Citibank?

"The company doesn't have the best reputation for being customer friendly or responsible based on the occurrences during the financial bailout."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The sales process was a little invasive to new customers. The new account opening process should be a more comfortable experience."
