"I have worked for the Authority for 4 years. The company is OK, the work is challenging but the opportunity for advancement is miniscule. The pay is good, but not on par with other transportation agencies for similar work. The benefits are better than most, but the bureaucracy is draining. Not a bad job, but other opportunities would be better."
