"Overall my experience with the company was favorable. I had a great relationship with my direct supervisor and he mentored me and gave me the trust and freedom to get the job done. However, the department manager is terrible. She has received multiple HR complaints as well as law suit against her but always seems to come out making it look like a disgruntled employee and she did nothing wrong. However, I have first-hand experience of her telling me conversations about employees to HR that was illegal for her to tell me. As well as her saying, "She has pissed off the wrong person. Her ass is gone. I'll have to make sure I cross my Ts and dot my Is but trust me I'll get rid of her." She has done this to numerous people who have been very successful at previous jobs and went on to be very successful at future jobs."
