3.1 Overall my experience with the company was favorable. I had a great relationship with my direct supervisor and he mentored me and gave me the trust and freedom to get the job done. However, the department manager is terrible. She has received multiple HR complaints as well as law suit against her but always seems to come out making it look like a disgruntled employee and she did nothing wrong. However, I have first-hand experience of her telling me conversations about employees to HR that was illegal for her to tell me. As well as her saying, "She has pissed off the wrong person. Her ass is gone. I'll have to make sure I cross my Ts and dot my Is but trust me I'll get rid of her." She has done this to numerous people who have been very successful at previous jobs and went on to be very successful at future jobs.

5 I have the right combination of skills and experience for this position. For example, the job description says you need people with project management skills who can work well with people. I had the opportunity to be the General Manager at a local restaurant and an assistant manager at a local gym. In addition to this, I am concentrating on Project Management for my MBA degree. I am a quick learner, listener, and I am extremely coachable. Although I may not have the exact experience the company desires, I assure you I will learn the essential needs required and I will be an asset for the company for years to come. I obtained my undergraduate degree in civil engineering; however, I went back to obtain my MBA degree because I am seeking employment in a business/management field. I would be happy to discuss this opportunity with you further in an interview.

4 I have started working with CB&I since 2009. It is a very strong company with its structure and standards. In addition I have nominated by my managers to work on an assignments overseas (London and Singapore) which gave me a lot of experience.
