"I would say relax. The company is very casual and laid back so you should relax and picture yourself in the company."

"I do not like the way that the company is set up, it is obscure who reports to whom and the chain of command is convoluted."

"Make cuts from the top down to save the company money."

"There is really nothing to dislike about working at CBSi. They have a great environment and culture."

"My manager was a great manager. I would say to upper management that it is not all about the budget sheet. Sometimes it is more important to have good employees."

"Lower than average pay, internal groups don't work well together (you can't take a promotion in another group without causing bad blood)."
