The leadership frantically follows the trends and fads of the time, and just and quickly disguards them a year or two later to follow the next new hotness. "They move people to different roles much too often, not allowing anyone to build a stable operation."

"Build longevity on critical positions. I would suggest that the executive manager not involve herself into so much of the day-to-day details of the operations."

"My boss would make us come into the office, and she would work from home, telling us because she could."
