"New management micromanages and expect you to leave on Sunday coming home on Saturday to fulfill promises they made. It is all knee jerk reactions to try and solve the problems. They do not care about employees or the customer. It is only their job or the next one they want to move up to that matters. They will lie to anyone just to try and make themselves look good or get someone to do something."
"Too much meddling of management into technology. Poor consideration to expertise, the company tries to replace all senior jobs by junior. The company cannot hold to its prices, tried to make a smaller and smaller profit by selling too low, quality suffers, engineers have to pay in all kinds of cuts. A new manager was hired and placed on one of my projects halfway through the schedule and decided to change almost everything. I, the lead designer, refused because of the amount or work involved.
