"I loved the independence of being a building manager. It was on you and you only to get your job done and really brought home the point of time management. It keeps you honest to your job and gives you pride in the properties. Interacting with all the different kinds of people and cultures was a huge plus as I gained so much in so many ways from my position. There can't be many negatives here in all honesty."

"If a person apply for a manager position needs to be willing to learn and solve problems in his own because the company does not provid it 24 hours"

"there is not support for the staff to solve problems that are important and priority"

"This company needs to have a management 24 hours where the staff can have fast solutions for the problems"

"Great people besides some of the management and the insane owner."

"Be prepared to kiss some butt, and don't act surprised when you see how crazy this place is from the inside."

"The mental condition of the owner is simply hard to describe. Small town, so you can just ask for an opinion."

"There really isn't much that can be changed because of the owner."
