"The Boeing Company is outsourcing most of their information technology at a frantic pace."

"Get it together. Keep your talent in house. After all, the bonuses of clearing out your talented people will catch up with you. Nobody will be around to care about the long term viability of the company."

"Practical work experience is an element that the majority of people respect, hiring management right out of college, and placing them in a technical and highly aggressive work environment does not promote employee morale. During my 8 years at Boeing I had to train three managers. Call me old school but I feel that my manager should possess more knowledge than me and should be able to perform any of his/hers employees daily functions."

"The corporate ethics training I received at Boeing has carried over into my new employment, keep up the good work."
