"I was first employed prior to Blackhawk Network going public. It was entry level at first, however my roles and responsibilities grew over time.I guess my situation was a little more unique. I had four different managers during my tenure at Blackhawk Network. It was very hard to move up in the company since I had a new manager every year or two.I did get promoted, however even with the title of manager, I did not receive bonuses.The people I worked with is why I stayed."

"Way too clicky, employees are not treated fair, job duties are spread too thin, duties increase/salaries dont, constant battle to get things done, IT group is understaffed, too much garbage in/garbage out, etc...."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"provide stock ownership, hire people that meet job requirements, treat employees fair"
