"BBVA Compass is a great place to work and I have learned a lot. I have worked in almost all aspects of the banking domain and have delivered every time. Started as a mobile app tester and finished as a lead on the mortgage team. Worked in more than 50 projects and worked throughout the sdlc, stlc and agile scrum environments."

"for the old management keep it up you were awesome for the new management quit your job"

"Great company and the management team is very supportive. Only thing is there are only two BBVA Compass's in the Central Valley which makes it difficult for growth."

The categories are branch revenue, new household accounts, lending volume and partnership referrals. Depending on the level banker, if you meet your numbers, you will receive a quarterly incentive."

"Large, consistent turnover of employees. Growth in this business depends on trust. It is hard for clients to trust someone to handle very personal business if you are not sure they will be there long term."

"Find a way to lower the turnover rate. Growth in this business depends on trust. It is hard for clients to trust someone to handle very personal business if you are not sure they will be there long term."
