"Terrible environment!! Really biased company & all they care about is sales!! They do not believe in doing what is in the customers best interests. They do not value truly good employees & leave employees in very dangerous positions. Staffed terribly & employee turnover is the worst I have ever seen."

The categories are branch revenue, new household accounts, lending volume and partnership referrals. Depending on the level banker, if you meet your numbers, you will receive a quarterly incentive."

"Job demands too much. They are consolidating positions and your job is now the work of three positions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Senior Managers playing favorites, only looking to squash you if your results hinder their career aspirations. The customer complaint blogs are real, wish there were more actual complaint blogs by former employees of the Global Spanish Culture Take over."

"I liked working for Compass Bank before it was sold to BBVA. They seemed to care more for the employees before, now it's a whole new world..."
