"the repeative emails. We would get the same emails 4 to 5 times in a day from 4 to 5 differenct managers. The excessive meetings. We spent the majority of our time in meetings to discuss why we were not making sales."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make yourself more visable it is nice to see who we report to and to get recognition in person not from the person who went to the meeting. Talk the people that are in the trenches not the reports that are printed in the morning."
