"I only worked for Bank of America for a year. The reason being was Bank of America gave the location I worked at to M&T. Many employees including myself were laid-off. However, the experience I had there was a good one. I got along with my supervisor and co-workers and enjoyed the meetings and work we completed together. I was also a part of a Spirit team. We organized fun activities to do every month for our co-workers."

"Great team members, great energy, and very great work ethics."

"Provide the best dedication to your work, and strive to do things better, faster, efficient, and that should get noticed for a promotion."

"The work at Bank of America did not provide a challenge, it was simple and repetitive."

"Look at the work flow and create goals and criteria on a more personal level."

"As long as you're a hard worker, you are treated good."

"The work I am doing with determining if there was any harm to those who were foreclosed on by analyzing the fees charged."

"Just be you, and being on time is very important."

"The micromanagement, no paid holidays, and that we are freezing all of the time."

"Lighten up and help your teams get along better."

"I didn't like working here at all. It was not a friendly environment with some weird rules imposed by managers that were not set up by the company."

"Look elsewhere for a job with managers who know what they are doing."

"Team managers were not knowledgeable and didn't know what they were doing."

"Hire people with experience in the field they are to be working in."

"I like working in the default industry. BOA is global, providing an opportunity for advancement or tranfser to another area."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest. PLease be aware that they do act in a major corporate function. Bring a sweater, the heat does not circulate."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat all employees equal. Do not fire temporary workers without at least a written warning. During my position, I witnessed 5 temps fired for reasons that would be best be a warning: 5 minutes late (smoking area over 100 yards away); using cell phones (there were no phones available, not all work can be done via email); and one person for saying an adult word during an office game of Taboo."
