"Bank of America has been good to me and treat their employees well. Bank of America pays well and has incentive programs in most roles so that is a huge plus although to hit the highest tier you have to work a lot of overtime. I need more flexibility so I have decided to look for employment here at Jobot."

"I earn a paycheck and the benefits and that's it."

"They suck and they're liars. They lie to get people hired with the company."

"I hate my job so much and I don't know what to do."

"I would better appreciate the associates and understand that they have to deal with the screw ups others do."

"It is very fresh. Every week they come out with a new policy and that makes things seem new."

"Be yourself and you will do great, if you are going to get the job you want to be yourself because I see a lot of people that say they can do something, and then when it comes down to it, nothing happens. This is one of those companies where exaggeration can backfire."

"I have very little to complain about, they do take very good care of me."

"Actually they are doing what they can with what they have so any suggestions would be to not give up."

"Working with the company is beneficial. I have learned many things about banking while I have been there."

"Don't be afraid to ask a lot of questions. The company does have a lot of benefits as well as education opportunities."

"The job opportunities within are mainly call center positions. I am looking to get back out into the face to face customer service world."

"To expand branches for the bank within my local area and others. We lack location opportunities."

"It's micromanaged and we're robots who have to read scripts and take verbal abuse from customers and third party callers."

"Listen to the associates and the customers and not have such a horrible phone system."
