"The people, the team atmosphere especially on high performance teams. I worked on many research and development projects and I like the opportunity to investigate cutting edge technologies and applying that to customers problems."

"I have not had the opportunity to interface with the customer as much as I would like to. I want to really understand the customer's problem space, develop that relationship and become their technical consultant."

"In this day and age its all about the team. You need to be able to work on your own, but you need to leverage the strengths of others to get things done. For managers, its understanding the individuals on your team and putting them in positions of success. Recognizing high performing teams and helping them their maximum potential."

"Work environment is like a warehouse and lack of camaraderie. Leaders don't motivate employees."

"Encourage and talk to employees to see how they are doing. Have more department meetings rather than once every year."

"I have worked for BAE systems since 2008 straight out of college.I have learned a lot from it and now I am at the point where I know most of the thing about the project I'm in. The chance to grow my skills is something that is hard to find in a company like BAE because they are project oriented. You have to invest your personal time without the support of the company if you want to develop your skills or learn something new."

"I have worked for BAE Systems for 14 months, for two different teams. I was first underemployed, doing basic simple tasks that wasted my time. On my second and current team, I have been micromanaged, singled out, and placed in a hostile work environment. Recently, it was explained to me that my managers personal grudge against me was just something I have to work through. This was explained to me by a director of the company. Even though it is evident and has been proven that there is no justification for it."
