"As an ILS Manager, I had no opportunity to advance and my efforts seemed to be not appreciated by my managemetn, but musch appreciated by the customer and user community - but that was not acknowledged"

"I had a lot of responsibility and I was respected. I also had a lot of support from those I worked with."

"They were a NH based company. They had a good benifit package. The people are good to work with. I really enjoyed the challenge the position gave me within the company."

"The company did not promote employees unless you had many years in the company."

"To have a better understanding of the people below them."
