"I've been with Autozone for 3 years now. I would think when I got promoted my pay increase got me to 11 per hour, and there's people I work with getting more than me that aren't managers and haven't been with Autozone as long as me. I like Autozone a lot but I feel like discrimination is still very bad in the corporate world. The big bosses don't care about our pay but want us small guys to sell the hell out their products so they can get bonuses. I don't get a bonus so I'm always looking for a better job but it's hard being a black man, no lie."
"I have been employed by AutoZone since the beginning of this year. I have acquired a lot of knowledge and skills required to take on many job roles. I have learned what it takes to make a million dollar corporation function worldwide."
