"The company culture is one of continual growth, it is not an organization for a person to just exist and stay stagnant."

"The assessment program. Associates are required to perform assessment on other employees and this is a very tedious process on top of your requirements to your various clients."

"Managers vary at this organization like any other organization. Some are good and some are not, so I do not have any advice."

"The people I work with are generally very kind, they are just miserable here."

"Don't. I highly suggest interviewing somewhere else.. At a place that values you."

"Everything. The owner is horrible. No resources are available. You will never be paid what you deserve. You are extremely replaceable, and you will spend every day hoping that you will find a different job."

"The management team works hard considering what they have to put up with. Top management is corrupt and lack integrity."

"Large company culture. Freedom to come and go so long as work gets accomplished."

"The world has changed so much for telecom companies since my time I would expect anyone in the field now would encounter new realities."

"The small firm consisted entirely of lawyers from the FCC Common Carrier bureau, which meant they carried over a government culture."

"They had a very successul elite practice that worked well for them and their professional goals."

"I liked getting the job at Booz Allen because the economy is bad and I need a job."

"It's only for the super motivated, the super connected, and those who want to work more than see their family."

"Management is inconsistent with what they actually value; sometimes talking out of both sides of their mouths, especially at the lower levels of management."

"I recommend that you ask about existing projects and future projects where you will be able to utilize your skill sets."

"There is nothing that I dislike about the company. It is a great company to work at."
What do you like about working at PwC?
"There are many interesting clients, good exposure to diversity of clients, and opportunities for growth, if you're willing to give what it takes to get there."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you're willing to put in the hours and lack of work-life balance to pick your way through the ranks, you can make a lot of money. Just don't always expect to be promoted because of merit. Oh, and if you're good, they'll often just give you twice the work as someone who's bad, and still promote you in the same year."
What don't you like about working at PwC?
"I dislike the long hours for staff. Pay isn't great compared to value on the open market, at least at lower levels of staff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire more staff level employees. That said, once you've made the club of upper echelon positions, there's not much reason to hire too many staff--cuts into your bottom line!"
What do you like about working at BlackRock?
"Salary, although that is stagnating. The San Francisco office looks nice."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Negotiate your title and pay up front. I have actively heard hiring managers say they want to get someone cheaper than they are worth."
What don't you like about working at BlackRock?
"People are simply motivated by advancing their title. The politics around this are simply awful. The reason for this rat race is because once you have reached the pay level and title of Managing Director, you can rest on your title and do no useful work. Additionally, communication at BlackRock is poor with too many meetings and an inbox deluged with blanket emails."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think our CEO has forgotten the third leg of the stakeholder stool: Shareholders, customers, AND employees. I would take Henry Ford's tact and share more of the company profits with employees, rather than cutting pay and then paying myself megamillions annually. Using te state of the financial industry as an excuse is deplorable when you extract millions in profits for your own coffers."

"Excellent commitment to personal development. Teams are highly collaborative and everyone pulls their own weight."

"Consider the kinds of day-to-day activities that you find exciting and engaging, and prompt your interviewer to see if those match the requirements of the job."
What don't you like about working at BCG?
"Especially at the associate level, there is a fair amount of data monkey work. Sometimes, it can feel like you're an expensive temp agency."

"Provide more active engagement at all levels of the team, with better defined goals and clearer ownership responsibilities."
