"The pay was decent and they were reasonably flexible and understanding when family/personal situations arose."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you can't either assimilate or just grin & bear it this is not the place for you. Those who don't fit in with the rest are quickly shut out socially and then it's just a matter of time before they find a reason to shut you out of a job. Buddy up with the right people and you'll do well and go far here."
What don't you like about working at NextCorp?
"The small environment seemed to encourage cliques, favoritism, unnecessary drama, and lots of lost productivity due to an often hostile working situation. Benefits were affordable enough, but the company covered insurance plans were a nightmare to actually utilize when needed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay and promote based on performance, not who your favorites are."

"People, in general, were very nice. The work was very interesting - I love SQL."

"Don't work for the manager I worked for. He isn't even a computer major or enthusiast."
What don't you like about working at Universal Wilde?
"My supervisor kept telling me that I reminded him of his dead mother and kept trying to get me to spend time with him outside of work. He would hang out outside of my cubicle and keep disrupting my work with stories of his childhood."

"He is a law suit waiting to happen. I've told HR this - his behavior toward me got worse with every visit to hr ( there were only 2 visits)."
