What do you like about working at Apple?

"Apple creates some of the most interesting and well designed products in the world. It is a tremendous privilege to be able to interact with these products on such a regular basis. The people with whom I work are some of the most interesting, most varied in personality and interests, that I have ever met. There is a great deal of creativity relating to problem solving on the fly; this is one of the best parts about working for Apple."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Speak to how the vision of the company is something with which you can align. Speak to growing with the company and those around you."

What don't you like about working at Apple?

"Doing the same work over and over again is mind numbing. One can only sell so many tech devices before you become jaded and disinterested. There are peaks and troughs only based on product releases, never peaks based on learning that you can do on the day to day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would require a standard of knowledge base. I recognize that each role has its purpose, but it would be tremendously helpful to have more intra-store interactions in terms of training."
