"The location is okay and I like some of the people."

"Be flexible. The atmosphere is very fast-paced, so situations -- and positions -- can change on a weekly basis"

What don't you like about working at AppAssure Software?

"I'm not doing the job I was hired for, nor am I qualified for it. I'm in way over my head and it's making me and my supervisor frustrated. The pace is so fast that there is little to no time to provide me with adequate training. The expectations are unreasonable."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Invest in infrastructure and provide more incentives for non-sales staff."
