"API Healthcare is a fun company to work for that strives to be in step with technology."
"I started with API in 2003. Spent 5 years as Individual Contributor and after being acquired, moved into Leadership. Lead client executives, hunters, demo team and client success roles. Was also sales trainer and mentor to newer members while assisting sales growth for various teams."
"API Healthcare is an excellent opportunity for those interested in entering the healthcare realm. They are the foremost healthcare administrative software company, and thus are an excellent entry point. Management seeks to empower employees and guide them on their chosen path to success."
"Other than for several new managers brought in from outside the company who seemed to have little grasp of what the folks who reported to them actually did, I was very happy with API Healthcare."
"API Healthcare was a horrible experience. The software is archaic and turnover cannot keep up with sales to implement the overly complicated products. The environment feels like a factory where employees must stay on their section of the assembly line and not interrupt others. Managers and team leads are promoted because of seniority and do not have the social or professional skills to manage people. C-level execs let chaos abound. I felt that every minute at API was a step back in my career."
