"the pyramid structure of the firm makes it very difficult to advance in the firm and also very difficult to get good and meaningful work as everything is micromanaged by more than one partner. Even e-mails to clients are rewritten more than 2-3 times before they are sent. Of course being billed throughout."

"Have some employee loyalty and better training for associates. Give associates the opportunity to argue in court, depose parties and have more meaningful work while understanding the entire picture of a case."
