Finally, the marketing is better than other companies I have worked for. No "cold calling" or misdirection with unrealistic promises are offered. If I was to find an issue i would say it is in the approach. Many people do not take time to fully read the mail pieces and they are put off when they find out they have to refinance. I feel if the mail was more straightforward we would have more quality over quantity."
