"Just to be yourself, if you are a good match for the company and vice versa then you will know within the time you spend meeting with the owner and director."

What don't you like about working at Allstate?

"The facility is not all that attractive, my office was small and hot but I made it work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To continue helping families as needed. To offer to help people without fees upfront instead of shunning away from that idea for those who can not afford or feel safe due to being scammed by other companies and individuals who have taken homeowners for granted."
