What do you like about working at Allergy & Asthma Associates?

"I loved to be able to use all of my training from Medical Assistant to running the Medical practice. Every day was a challenge."

What don't you like about working at Allergy & Asthma Associates?

"While being the office manager, the main challenge was the accounts receivable that was not taken care of appropriately prior to my arrival in this position. Since billing was not submitted correctly and in a timely manner. It took a great deal of time to work on this and since my experience includes this type of activity, it was normally delegated, and it seemed that my position changed to the collection manager more than the duties of the office manager."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It would be more appropriate, to have a complete job description for all positions, prior to filling them. The doctors are awesome, and need to give the manager full authority over all staff members, and not change the job descriptions once they are written. This gives staff a more fulfilled idea of what their role is in the medical practice"
