Projects are very poorly managed in most cases, dragging on for months and years at times. "Stifling environment made up of the good ol' boy network, minimal opportunities to advance your career unless you know the right people in the right places; mediocrity is not only encouraged and rewarded. Don't go here to become the next star, you'll be a small fish in a large pond of sharks"
