3.2I found the company very interesting, but the real problem was giving training to not expert instructors. You don’t feel comfortable, especially on the ramp! The training classes are too numerous and poor of practice. You study a lot and operate just a few hours before going outside and pushing back Aircraft/Bridging Gates for passengers, driving tractors, loading luggage, brooming/water service/..all this after only a few hours of practice). My instructor gave me a little paper with all the info to communicate with the pilot only 2 hours before my first real pushback. It was a Horrible face your first exciting experience with just 2 hours of training the night before.
2.4Engage with all levels of mgmt much more. It's important to get a feel for opinions at all levels and not just those of your direct reports because often opinions of next levels are filtered, interpreted inorrectly or not completely disregarded.
