"there is no direct leadership in immediate dept, All leaders up the ladder need to recognize that staff are well experienced on how to do their jos but they need to spend more time understanding what motivates us in an effort to make the environment more enjoyable where we can work more cohisive as a team and push each other more to be better as a team and company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Engage with all levels of mgmt much more. It's important to get a feel for opinions at all levels and not just those of your direct reports because often opinions of next levels are filtered, interpreted inorrectly or not completely disregarded."
