This is the type of company that you would want to start off with if it's your first career in the field. Moving up can be hard because spaces are limited and they generally choose people who are consistent rather than someone who just makes money and doesn't care about customer service. On another note, they will promote from within first before looking for outside resources. Team work, ehh.. it lacks at Sutter Street, as for Market Street store, it shows but lack of motivation to push.
Invest more time and Knowledgeable associates to train new hires. Be consistent with paperwork, filing and analyzing your business results. Even if the methods are not current according to some, at least you can understand the results and speak to your business when asked by Management.
Pay more attention to the people that are on the front line for the company.
