"This is the type of company that you would want to start off with if it's your first career in the field. Moving up can be hard because spaces are limited and they generally choose people who are consistent rather than someone who just makes money and doesn't care about customer service. On another note, they will promote from within first before looking for outside resources. Team work, ehh.. it lacks at Sutter Street, as for Market Street store, it shows but lack of motivation to push."

"The fast pace, hustle and bustle of dealling with Retail, understanding the company is relying on you to make the right decisions in ordder for their stores to generate a profit and making the costomers feel comfortable once they enter the stores."

"Be Confident and know your worth.remain relaxed and know what you are talking about and be sure retail is the business you would like to get into."

"Small company with growth opportunities. Not so much middle management, so If you do something great, everyone including the C.E.O will here about it! Recognition from my superiors is what motivates me and I was always motivated at Aerosoles."

"Good company, room for advancement, competitive pay, medical/retirement benefits. Great company to start in, not end up in."

What don't you like about working at Aerosoles?

"A small lack of training when I started. Luckily I was able to figure a lot of it out myself. S.O.P. guide lines are badly needed. The way Aerosoles does things changes so often that if you ask three different people how something should be done, you get three different answers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Invest more time and Knowledgeable associates to train new hires. Be consistent with paperwork, filing and analyzing your business results. Even if the methods are not current according to some, at least you can understand the results and speak to your business when asked by Management."
