"The CEO is exceptional at motivation and has a great vision. The company has good benefits and pays well. The product is fun and exciting. The people are overall very good."

"That would depend on the position. I would say the emphasis on doing what it takes is important, as the company is very demanding."

What don't you like about working at Adidas?

"The management levels directly above me did not follow through with many of the visions of the company. They had a very command and control and micromanaging style."

"The management needs to do what they say they are going to do - listen to ideas of the people who do the work. They need to focus on the work and not all of the other things."
