"This place is a career killer. I suggest not interviewing or accepting a job there."

"You can expect salary cuts, no pay raises, and not being able to apply for internal positions. I got the feeling management holds people back and this is not a career organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop holding people back in their careers and allow them to apply for internal positions. Save your money cause you will get salary restructures next."

"The owner was unreasonable and short sighted.Was self centered and unreasonable"
