"I started working at Accenture directly out of college since 2012. They do a pretty good job of training their new hires and getting them into the field right away. The one thing I don't like is that due to the sheer size of the company it is hard to navigate your career path, or control what your next assignment will be."

"Be open to new opportunities to do something different than you expect based on what you are applying for (example: if you are applying for a position in the retail industry, be prepared to possibly be placed in another industry, such as communications)."

What don't you like about working at Accenture?

"Very political landscape, too much value placed on who you know, not what you know. While the entire organization is structured for advancement, it is becoming harder and harder to advance to where very good people are finding better opportunities. Pay is far less than industry standards."

"Internally focused on overall business development, not just on client wants/needs and shareholder wants/needs."

"Nice people, good benefits, LGBT inclusion, good managers, career progression."

"Be ready to put in long hours and definitely know what you want before entering the first interview."

"Long hours, little change, too submissive to the client, stressful."
