"Abercrombie and Fitch is a fantastic company to start your career. I have been here for the past two years and it saddens me to leave them, but I know I am ready to move onto something new. The people here are some of the kindest and smartest people I have met. They were so friendly and truly the reason I enjoyed coming to work every day. The work is fast-paced and challenging, but highly rewarding. I recommend anyone interested in retail and IT to apply to A&F"

"I've worked at A&F for a little over a year. It is a challenging place for the wrong reasons. There are many inexperienced, young people in decision making roles, which causes a number of problems. It is a place that puts an emphasis on the wrong things from a product, marketing and people stand point. That being said, I still believe that the brand could become popular again, but it would take massive changes through the organization; something I do not see happening."
