"I think that most of the management team are pretty good at what they do."

"It was rather stressful to work in a position where the FDA was involved."

"Pay attention to details and prepare before entering a new market."

"This position was wonderful. As I was involved in the R&D aspect of product design and development, I had complete autonomy in my designs and direction. I was in more of a service role, so I only needed to report to my internal customers and meet and exceed their expectations. My good work ethic insured my position in the company."

"I was boxed in by the corporate salary structure."

"Management turn over was crazy. On average, I had a new boss annually. In my opinion, a person has to head a department at least 3 years to have any benefit."
