I was in more of a service role, so I only needed to report to my internal customers and meet and exceed their expectations. My good work ethic insured my position in the company."

"I was boxed in by the corporate salary structure."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management turn over was crazy. On average, I had a new boss annually. In my opinion, a person has to head a department at least 3 years to have any benefit."
