"I worked for World Travel Holdings from December 2019 to March 2020. The quality of my work environment was excellent as it was a work from home position. If you enjoy working in a CRM system, this position is for you. The ability to move up is very feasible as they promote from within based on performance. The position was fun and upbeat. I couldn't wait to log in and start my day! I was assisting customers and previous clients with their dream vacations by providing excellent customer service! I also sold travel insurance through Leisure Care underwritten by Arch Insurance company including cancel for any reason and luxury. The staff and management was extremely supportive. They were only a phone call or email away. This position allowed me to have a balance between work and personal life. Something that is challenging in today's world. I would recommend this position to anyone that enjoys making customers a reality with regards to booking their cruise of a lifetime!"
