I take full responsibility for not fully vetting this company, the owner, their processes, assertions, and integrity. My advice to all prospective hires would be to document what is promised, get the draw issue in writing BEFORE you join, and maybe even investigate the litigious history of the company. I regret ignoring the red flags."
