"BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL BE MICRO MANAGED. THAT YOU WILL BE GIVIN MANY SETS OF ACTIONS AND DIRECTIONS BY SEVERAL WHO DIRECTLY REPORT TO THE MANAGER OF PLANNING AND THEIR SUBTIERS. A BIT CONFUSING UNLESS YOU DO NOT MIND THIS."
