What do you like about working at BizHelper?
"I learned so much and was constantly pushed to learn more. You never stop learning while there."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"BizHelper is a great experience and opportunity, but you'll need a thick hide and you probably want to be a rockstar in whatever your role is."
What don't you like about working at BizHelper?
"The CEO is a visionary, a great visionary with a ton of passion, but he also has high demands and can be hard to get along with if you don't have a thick hide."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Good luck, perform well, help your team perform well and exceed expectations."
What do you like about working at MovieTickets.com?
"The are very receptive to personal needs so time off for vacation, doctor, personal is very easy."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Look elsewhere if you want a fulfilling job that pays you what you are worth. Accept a position here if you want to just cruise along easy street and get paid okay to do it (which is actually a handsome salary considering you won't be doing much anyway)."
What don't you like about working at MovieTickets.com?
"They have no process, no collaboration, no communication. It takes WAY to much energy and effort to implement new and improved (and proven) methodologies so I don't bother any more. They don't let people do the work they've hired them to do. In any give 40 hour work week, I probably do 4 or 5 hours of work, maximum."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trust your employees and make them accountable for their area of responsibility. Lay out short and long-term objectives and get input on how these will be met. Include in meetings those that do the work and allow them to have some input. I've been here 16 months and have not once been in a strategic development meeting, something I am fully qualified to participate in."
