"I enjoy being able to control the outcome by making adjustments. I like the constant training required to keep my license. I like the shift I work. I wish there was some way to move up in the plant. I have the highest license and pay available, so I feel stuck sometimes."

"Not much! The senior management was very waste full. One of the big reason for the bankruptcy's."

"They had a mission statement! But never really stuck to it. They way they running operations and the problems that where always some one's fault."

"You drove your company into two bankruptcy's. What is it you don't get. You guy's SUCK!"
