"I enjoyed the discussions I had with the COO and the President of the company. Previously, I mostly worked selling corporately approved methods to subordinates. At United Metals I had to sell different business processes to superiors. Ironically, I experienced similar resistance from both classes."

"My interviewing tip to any prospective employee at any company is simply be honest and be yourself."
What don't you like about working at United Metals?
"I don't believe the front line employees are paid competitively. This made it difficult to slow turnover. I feel the reduced cost of training new employees would be offset with competitive pay. Ultimately, the operating cost would be reduced due to production efficiency gains with seasoned employees."

"Pay the front line employees according to their contribution to the business."
